We welcome you back with open arms! Join us for in-person worship again!
We know that in-person worship experiences will be different from the past but, our mission is the same; to serve people of all ages who are underserved by EQUIPPING for discipleship, ENGAGING our neighbors and community, and to EMPOWER ALL to live ENRICHED and transformed lives.
Wheatland United Methodist Church will once again have an in-person worship experience/opportunity. We invite you to worship with us in-person at 10:30 am in the Main Sanctuary building.
You can also join us on-line via Facebook or YouTube (Wheatland UMC Dallas).
While we are excited to see you again, safety for our church family and community remains our main priority. So, if you are in any of the at-risk categories, are experiencing and COVID-19 related symptoms, or feel uncomfortable worshipping in-person at this time, we encourage you to stay home and join us on-line; this method allows us to still be ONE community while worshipping in spiit and in truth.
Before Worship
- The entire sanctuary will be disinfected and sanitized.
- Sanitation stations will be located at both entrances.
- Social distancing will be practiced. Every other row/pew will be empty and there will be at least 3 seats between each person.
- face masks are required and to be worn at all times (even while singing). There are extra masks available.
During Worship
- Bulletins/Worship Guides will be available (please take it with you after worship).
- The offering basket/plate will not be passed, please place your offering once a handler comes to you. Electronic giving is available as well.
After Worship
- Please exit towards the exit near fellowship hall/restrooms.
- The sanctuary will be disinfected and sanitized.
Restrooms
- Restrooms are disinfected and wiped down before and after each use.
